Delivery & Returns
- Delivery to the UK is FREE on ALL orders. These are sent using the Royal Mails Standard Tracked delivery service, and can be expected within 2-5 working days.
- You can upgrade your UK delivery to Express Tracked and Signed For, at a rate of £3.95. This service takes 1-3 working days.
- Guaranteed Next day delivery is also available at a standard rate of £7.95 per order, and requires a signature on delivery. Next day orders must be placed before 2.30pm, and can only be processed by telephone (Please contact 01204 822991) to ensure we can send your order that day.
- Orders placed after 2.30pm for next day delivery will be dispatched the following working day. Telephone orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday that have requested next day delivery will be dispatched on the Monday (or next working day). Orders placed before 2.30pm on a Friday are guaranteed for delivery by Monday (or next working day), however Royal Mail may deliver the parcel on a Saturday, but this is not guaranteed.
- The majority of orders will arrive within the delivery times stated above, however please allow at least 15 working days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed.
Europe & Worldwide delivery:
- Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Europe is £6.95. All orders over £75 will qualify for FREE delivery.
- International delivery is available for £9.95. Delivery for international orders over £75 is FREE.
- If you believe your parcel has been lost in the post due to non delivery, please contact us by email on: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be able to provide a tracking number if the item has been sent by recorded delivery.
- Please ensure the correct address and postcode has been entered for your delivery, as we cannot process a claim for loss with the Royal Mail if any of this has been entered incorrectly, and will therefore be unable to refund or replace your order.
- All returned items to Radiance Skincare due to non delivery, wrong name or address, not present, or failure to claim will be refunded minus any delivery costs incurred by Radiance Skincare Ltd.
- Notification of any missing or damaged items should be made within 48 hours of receipt of the package via email at email@example.com
- If products are faulty or damaged then a replacement will be sent. Please return the product in the original packaging with the reasons for the return.
- We are unable to refund or replace items that have been opened due to hygiene reasons.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days following receipt. If you wish to return your order or part of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and arrange to return the unopened and unused items to:
