Please review our privacy policy as this forms part of these Terms & Conditions, and governs your visit to the site, so that you may understand our privacy practices.

Product descriptions

Radiance Skincare will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Although we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Site at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted.

Prices

All prices indicated for products available via the site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates but are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery Information section of the Site.

Payment & Processing of Orders

You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. You place your order request for goods from the Site by clicking on the Submit button at the end of the on-line order process.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order acceptance from Radiance Skincare.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the cancellation section of the site, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the returns policy and procedure.

 We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error.

If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

Delivery

Most of the products on the site are carried as stock items. If an item is in stock it will usually be posted to you the same, or next day. If an item is out of stock, it will usually be posted within 5 working days of your order being placed. You should expect your delivery within 10 days of placing your order. However, during especially busy periods of the year such as Christmas, please allow 15 working days for your order to reach you. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of payment, then please email and we will track your order.

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Please see the delivery information section of the site. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Returns & Cancellations

Radiance Skincare will refund or exchange all products returned within 30 days of the purchase date if unopened, in original outer packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds can only be made to the billing details provided when ordering.

If a purchased product has been used or opened, then it will not be eligible for a return, refund of exchange. The postage on returned items / cancelled orders is non refundable, and postage will be charged on replacement items.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the products have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Radiance Skincare. The goods must be returned within 7 days of informing radiance Skincare of your intention to do so. Radiance Skincare will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your debit/credit card for the product, minus any delivery costs incurred by Radiance Skincare.

Please inspect goods fully on receipt and notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse the right to cancel the contract if the items are found to have been used by you except where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than unsealing the goods. Damaged / missing products must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the goods.

We will refund the purchase price in full, plus the cost of return packaging, if the return results from an error made by us, or from a defective item.

Sometimes a product will not be available, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation policy above. We will refund the purchase price in full, plus the cost of return packaging.

In the case of a parcel being returned to us due to the customer not collecting from their postal office / depot, a re-delivery price will be charged to re-send the parcel.

Your account

You agree that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects. Please see our privacy policy regarding the treatment of your personal information. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide to us is up to date. If your personal information changes then please notify us by emailing info@radianceskincare.co.uk. Alternatively, you can update your details through the “my account” page.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for taking all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you have reason to believe that your password has become known to somebody else, or is likely to be used in any way that is unauthorised by you, you should contact us immediately. If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the email address, which you specified when you registered. Your account can be cancelled at any time by emailing us at info@radianceskincare.co.uk

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we decide, it would be in our best interest to do so.

Communication

When you visit the Radiance Skincare site or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate to you by e-mail, or via the site. You agree to receive written communications from us electronically. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Upon receipt of your e-mails Radiance Skincare will reply where possible by e-mail or telephone call within 24 hours (not including weekends and bank holidays).

By ordering over the telephone you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Complaints

Should you have a problem or complaint with a product you have purchased from our site, please inform us so that we may advise you of the correct and appropriate treatment for your skin care condition. If any complaint or problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must contact us giving us full details within 30 days of your purchase providing your order reference and full details of your complaint, so that we may liaise with the manufacturer.  If you fail to follow this simple complaints procedure, the right to claim any refund may be affected or even lost as a result.

Links appearing on the Site are for convenience only and are not an endorsement by us, our affiliates or our partners of the referenced content, product, service, or supplier. Your linking to or from any off-Site pages or other Sites is at your own risk. We are in no way responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, off-Site pages or any other Sites linked to or from the Site, nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, content, products, or services of such pages and Sites, including, without limitation, their privacy statements and terms and conditions. Limitation of Liability

Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Radiance Skincare, nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
